We are expanding our dynamic Sales team due to our increased sales volume across the country and we want YOU! This is not your regular sales call center experience, we make sure to customize each call and the maid services provided, to fit our current and future customer needs. Come work in our corporate office right here in Omaha! 

This current opening is for Monday-Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm 

Job Responsibilities:

Agents in this role will answer all in-bound sales calls for The Maids, National Sales Center. In a positive and professional manner, they will listen and assist all customers with quoting and scheduling of cleans. This includes entering in all detailed information for all Franchise sales calls (No cold calling).

You will help callers understand the professional service we provide and assist them in making the decision to bring The Maids into their home. Our goal is to deliver experiences our customers brag about and you can be a part of that!

Job Requirements:

  • Very high customer service, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, positive resolutions.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple items and projects at one time.
  • Typing skills of 35 words per minute.
  • Computer skills
  • Associates degree or at least one year of customer service experience
